Description: From Wikipedia: The Lancaster Glass Company wasa producer of manufactured glassware in Lancaster, Ohio that ran from 1908 to 1937. They are a producer of depression glass and were known as an early innovator of color in depression-era glassware. These 6 clear luncheon plates measuring 8-3/8" belonged to my grandmother. They are in very good condition. There are small chips around the edges of 5 of the six plates. I have taken photos of every one so you know what you're buying. They're all very small and not very noticeable. In fact, you have to look to find them. I'm selling the set as-is so please refer to all of the high-res photos, as they are part of the description. Idon't buy to re-sell. Everything I have listed here on Ebay has belonged to me or my family. I know the histories of the items and am passionate about each one. I hope you'll check out my other listings. I have many more treasures from my mother's and my grandmother's estates coming, including jewelry, linens, crystal, silver, china, glassware and some fun, kitschy items from the 1930's to the 1960's. Thanks for your interest!
