Shipping is VERY hard on the eggs, and it is completely out of our hands how the post office handles them! We will replace any broken eggs if a photo is provided within 24 hours. However, we will not replace eggs if they fail to hatch! We have almost 100% hatch rate with these eggs, and we perform periodic fertility checks.
