Description: Set of 6 Pewter Wine Cups SIGG 'Frauenfeld Etain Fin Feinzinn' - Vintage 1970s, Swiss Made This vintage set dates back to around the 1970s and is relatively rare compared to other styles produced by SIGG. Each cup has the SIGG logo on the bottom with 'SIGG Frauenfeld Feinzinn Etain Fin' (translation SIGG Frauenfeld Fine Pewter). SIGG was established in 1908 in Biel, Switzerland, later moving to Frauenfeld. The firm specialized in metal household products, including pewter. Today the firm is best known for making aluminum drink bottles. Condition Notes: the cups are in very good condition with some minor marks or wear through use. They have been washed but not polished - leaving the patina as-is. See pictures for details.
