You will get 10 blank order forms. You will get everything that is shown in the pictures. These are all NOS that have never been used. Item will be shipped in an envelope wrapped in cardboard to protect them while being shipped to its new home. 1. We try to give the most accurate description as best as possible on all items we sale. We gladly accept returns; however, items must be returned in the stated conditionas listed in the auction and must be returned in the original shipping box /bubble envelope it was received in along with all packing material to include bubble wrap, packing peanuts etc. If item came wrapped in cardboard, it must be returned in the original cardboard it was received it. Items returned damage will not receive a refunded.
