These sit in a channel that is located on the bracket and the washer is turned to fit the approximate appropriate location of where the bumper needs to be before final adjustment. These were used throughout GM from 64 thru 67 and are exactly like the GM factory used in every way. This hardware could easily pass for NOS. Please see my other listings for other quality car parts.
