It consists of 2 (approx 19" long) rubber / aluminum / steel bars that attach to the roof rack on the above stated station wagons. The rubber is still pliable & fresh looking. Each rubber section has (4) factory divisions in it. There is a hook-like adapter on one end & a clamp-type on the other end. All are in very good condition. It has never been installed on a vehicle.
