Some of the applications are 1968 Ram Air II,1969-70 RA IV,1971-72 455 HO and 1973-74 455 Super Duty. This is the tube the goes into the engine block and usually needs to be replaced during an engine build so great to have on hand. It is still sealed right from the factory so you know exactly what you are getting. I put three pictures from my 1972 Pontiac parts book and if you are not sure on your application just ask.
