Just pay return shipping and ensure the tube is the same tube and is in the same condition it was when it left. I photograph and mark all tubes before shipping. If a tube is damaged, or the paint is missing or the label scratched off, or you abused it in any way, etc., it’s at my sole discretion to decide what, if any, money is returned to you. I test all tubes thoroughly and with great care. I test them with a recently calibrated Hickok TV-7, MaxiPreamp2 and/or a MaxiMatcher2 that I meticulously maintain. I test to the best of my ability, and I report all results honestly. All tube testers are different, and you may or may not get exactly the same results. This does not give you the right to file a defect with eBay saying your test results are the know all and be all.
