Description: New, never opened, Tramontina Damasco Hunting Knife. 10" blade and 16" overall. This is a vintage, collectible, knife and very difficult to find. Difficult to the point that I could not even find a picture online. I do not believe Tramontina produces outdoors knives anymore. The sheath is leather with a fur outer lining. The blade is Inox/Stainless steel. The handle is wood. I would think this is more of a decorative piece.......which I what I bought it for and never followed through.....than a knife for hunting. But that is up to you.One thing I do know, with the understanding that quality changes over time, Tramontina makes some pretty good knives. A few decades ago CR did a review/comparison on kitchen knives. Tramontina beat out all the other brands including German and Japanese.
