Description: 1979 1980 1981 1982 1983 1984 1985 1986 1987 Cadillac Chevrolet Buick Oldsmobile Pontiac 6-Way Power Bench or Bucket Seat Transmission Solenoid Application: 1979-87 Cadillac, Chevrolet, Buick, Oldsmobile, Pontiacs with 6-Way Power Seats Mounting Area: Driver and Passenger side under Seat Appearance: This power seat transmission is in excellent condition. The transmission has been disassembled, worn parts replaced and reassembled. The solenoids have been cleaned, gears lubricated and is tested to be in working condition for each of the positions (front up/down, forward/backward, rear up/down). Electrical contacts are clean. The old, brittle nylon casing has been replaced with a brand new reproduction durable ABS plastic casing. Please check the transmission you are replacing as this transmission was the primary style used thru the GM lineups but some models may use single 3 motor assembly in lieu of a central transmission/motor like this. NOTE : This transmission has the red or yellow input shaft specific to 1981-87. If you are buying this to use in 1979-80, you will also need the longer 81+ coupler.
