This allows us to cut down transit times and get you the parts you ordered quicker. Your purchase will ship from the closest warehouse that has the part in stock and may come in several packages on different days. If a package is refused or you are not able to make delivery arrangements with the carrier, a Restocking Fee may apply. We do not ship Non-C.A.R.B. You MUST contact us within 30 days of the shipment date in order for us to accept a return. The item in which you are returning MUST be unused, uninstalled, in the original condition, and in the original packaging. To begin the return process you MUST contact us to obtain an RA number and RA form (if applicable) prior to sending the item back. Returns will be jeopardized at the customer’s expense if they are sent back without a return authorization number. All returned items are subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%. Labor, installation, surcharges or any other applicable fees from the original purchase are non-refundable.
