Good shape - not brittle but is showing some fading. All mounting points are good, the alignment tab is not broke off. Unable to test speaker. If there is a discrepancy between the pictures and the description, please ask/verify before purchasing, as mistakes do happen (i.e., description says there is a flaw, yet pictures do not show the flaw). Please verify as more than happy to upload the picture. OR a description states a ‘CB mount and drill holes’, but accidentally downloaded the wrong pictures and you expect a perfect item, even though the description states there were flaws.
