Consisting of 1 x 1.8mm natural 2 pointer Diamond and six 4mm x 3mm Emerald, Amethyst, Ruby, Emerald, Blue sapphire and Topaz spelling out DEAREST gemstones. All cut in a Oval shape. You have to agree the whole arrangement of gemstones is quite lovely. This is a substantial piece measuring approx 13mm from shoulder to shoulder and 13mm along your finger. The band/shank once again is nice and thick using plenty of gold and starting at 5mm and tapering to 3mm.
