Gold karat fineness can vary from -1 to +1 in karat of what it is marked depending on the age of the item and where it was made (for example, marked 14K can go as low as 13K or higher to 15K). Offset swirl like design, Amethyst approx. 9x6.5mm. 3 better quality/clarity diamonds. Size 6.5. Marked 18K. Approx. 5.9 grams. In very good estate found/antique condition with minor wear from age/being worn. May need cleaned polished as desired. Please review photos for condition.
