I've included photos of any flaws I could find. I'm not an expert at grading these items. But to me considering this is about 55 years old, it's in good condition. Anyway, I have priced the book very low to account for any flaws. This is an "as is" sale. I have priced it very low and therefore I'm not taking any returns. I'm just looking to sell off the items in a storage unit.
