Description: This is a beautiful set of items from the A Raisin In The Sun April 26, 2004 Broadway revival premiere at the Royale Theater in New York City. These are very difficult to find pieces commemorating a special event! A must have for any Broadway lover or fan of Lorraine Hansberry's play. The A Raisin In The Sun book is a limited edition print and features a dust jacket with a photo of the cast (Phylicia Rashad, Audra McDonald, Sean Combs, Sanaa Lathan, Alexander Mitchell). The hard cover features the date of the premiere performance embossed in gold. Measures 7.5"H x 5"W. There is a small mark of shelf wear on one edge of the dust jacket as shown in photo close up. The set of 4 unused coasters are from the premiere's official celebratory after party on April 26, 2004, sponsored by Hennessy. The Hennesy & A Raisin in the Sun logos are debossed in brown on top of the 3.75" suede coasters. This collectors' set is from the critically-acclaimed first Broadway revival of Lorraine Hansberry's play starring Sean “P. Diddy” Combs.
