Description: I opened this tin in a batch of old tins I had hoarded and this absolute beauty was in there. Amazing condition for considerable age ,it looks unused. A rare lure invented by Leonard Alexander Crossle in 1905 as an improved form of spinning bait for pike, salmon or other fish. It was also retailed by Milward & Sons, named the Gravity minnow because it’s weight & buoyancy can be instantly adapted to the distance to be cast and the depth of water , by removing the bayonet lock head cap, then filling the hollow body wholly or partly with water. In good condition, nickel silver finish with original treble hooks, still has original painted eyes, stamped on both Fins with patent numbers. Large 3” body size. one of those do I don’t I sales as I will never find another! Hopefully a collector will appreciate it. Please see pictures they are a very important part of my description Postage quoted is to mainland U.K. Overseas shipping is via GSP only.
