ADAM BEDE, George Eliot, Leather-like, ICL Book PURTY!!

Description: ADAM BEDE, GEPRGE ELIOT ADAM BEDE, by George Eliot......Includes the original Publisher's Insert.........Published by the International Collectors Library in what I believe was the 1960s or 70s........ DESCRIPTION - The book has a leather-like cover, with gold letterin’ on spine and cover, and beautifully decorative.... ...The tops of the pages are tipped with gold - - - And - it has a Satin ribbon page marker... Mercy....!!!!.....On the shelf, the book looks like a fancy leather book, but it ain't - just looks like it.....Book measures 8 1/2 inches high, and 6 inches across front.... CONDITION - The big fella is in good condition..... The pages are good……The cover is solid, with some wear and use........And the spine has a slight lean to it, which will go away when the book is placed on the shelf with other books........This is the ICL edition that has a dry feel to the cover, and must be handled with care......This is a purty good used book......And it looks purty a-settin’ on the shelf – great for for display……I think you will be pleased with it.....This is one of the more collectable titles from the ICL.....This is a display edition, and if read, must be opened and handled properly, or the hinges may crack or split....
