Used Condition Statement: I have been collecting records for 60 years and have never paid a lot of attention to what people grade their records as I tend to grade lower than what it usually is but, with this one, my opinion is that I would have to rate it high on the list. The record I would say VG++ but the jacket/outer sleeve, because of on top of the cover the glue is separating a little and needs to be glued back down. I would say Very Good Plus for it. It has the lyric sheet which is in VG condition with a tear on the top. . Please do not take my word and judge for yourself by examining all of the pictures and form your own conclusion.
