Description: Vintage Advertising Stoneware Monmouth-Western Rolling Pin Blue Banded RHODES - BURFORD - East St. Louis, IL Vintage circa 1922 advertising stoneware rare triple blue banded with blue lettering rolling pin made by Western Stoneware Company located in Monmouth, Illinois for Rhodes - Burford House Furnishing Company in East St. Louis, Illinois. 3 Line Advertisement Reads: RHODES - BURFORD HOUSE FURNISHING CO. HOMES FURNISHED COMPLETE ON EASY TERMS Condition: In very good condition. Markings on the one edge are natural from the making. No chips, cracks, crazing or repairs. Wooden handles have a nice patina. Handles have some age cracks but still function and screw on properly. If there are any other flaws such as glaze/paint skips or pops, they are natural from the making.
