There are some folds in the paper due to the age. Otherwise fine. Agneta Swiden (1926-2014) Listed Swedish painter and illustrator. Born in Copenhagen in 1926. The majority of her works are executed in egg oil tempera , gouache and watercolour. Swidén studied with Nils Wedel at Slöjdföreningen's school in Gothenburg 1944–1946 and at Stockholm's art school 1953–1955. She later went to Vienna and studied with Karl Pehatschek. As an illustrator, she drew posters for the Tourist Association in Örebro, the Swedish Red Cross as well as illustrations for many of the youth books written by Lillemor Dahlin. She has held several solo exhibitions, among others at Galleriet Nikolaus in Stockholm, Contemporary Art in Uppsala, and Gummesons Art Hall in Stockholm.
