This pepper could be used for substituting Bell Pepper in fresh or cooked applications. 90-100 days to harvest, so start early, and if you have a shorter growing season, recommend growing them in a pot or raised bed in a sunny location. Plants will grow between 2-3 feet tall, yielding about 30 peppers per plant. This pepper has a Cuba/Brazilian origin, and is a sweet, not spicy.
