This unit has been thoroughly rebuilt: All new panel lights. Removed and cleaned all switching relays and replaced all relay transistors. Replaced noisy amplifier transistors as well as those known for going bad. Replaced both reel tables. Replaced counter assembly and belt. Replaced the complete head block assembly (ALL 4 heads and tape guides, etc). Replaced pinch roller. Adjusted tensions. Aligned to AKAI specs (185 nwb/m). Cleaned, deoxed and lubricated. There are very minor cosmetic issues with the wooden cabinet. Overall, it's excellent. There is pitting of the lower control panel.
