Description: Both were bought in Alaska and never carried only display so I never sharpened the blade in either, Both are as they were purchased, The blade tang is stamped (SOLINGEN STAINLESS 440) on the Alaska side and (BEAR HUNTER) on the tang of blade on the side with Polar Bear on the handle which is made of a white bone or unsure what the handle is made of but looks quality other then plastic it seems to me. It is a locking back blade with brass liner and pins. I never really noticed just how good of quality they both are especially the knife, I don't see a brand or model on them other then (Bear Hunter) ? Or Alaska Cutlery. The knife is heavy and solid, you can feel the quality while handling the knife. I plan to take close up photos and add more info shortly and will answer any questions the best I can. Thanks for looking
