It is in used condition with moderate wear to the wheels. The paint looks decent, a bit faded though, almost weathered looking in fact. I think this unit looks pretty sweet. Note that some of the handrails are a little bent. We had to replace the foam and rewrap it so it gets to you safely. The original box is included. Enjoy! :-) Sold As-Is!
