It turns freely, but beyond that, do not know anything about its functionality. Listed "For Parts or Not Working". It will need to be disassembled, checked and rebuilt as needed or use it for parts. There are many Spica pump rebuilders that can completely overhaul this pump. Includes what is attached and pictured, there may be some other bits missing from it, so look closely at photos for details. The fittings for fuel lines are slightly distorted at the ends.
