Published by McBride, Nast & Company, it has matching copyright and publication dates of 1913, and, with the single-line statement "Published April 1913" on the copyright page, and with no later edition stated, it is presumed to be the First Edition. The book is in solid and functional condition, but with a hinge crack at the front end paper, some foxing to the pages, and some surface rubbing and edge wear on the cover.
