MEASUREMENTS- Bust- 38 in Waist- 28/29 in Hips- 39 to a tight 40 in Waist to Hem- 38 in Shoulder to Waist- 15.5 in EXCELLENT CONDITION with a small mark on the back of the skirt down by the hem.
