All of these plates are original and authentic Missouri plates that expired in the month shown on the plate and ALL have been checked through the Missouri Department of Revenue and ALL are clear for registration to your 1969 Car. Missouri did not issue two plates for use in 1969 so no pairs were issued. The YOM law was passed August 28, 1996 stating only one license plate is required for ANY year. Shipping is $7.00.
