Review: The creation of modern show business!!! I loved all of the stories that George told about himself and his friends...and as he says if there weren't true, they were show business true. Insights into really big names like Bob Hope, Danny Kaye, Al Jolson, Eddie Cantor and insights into some performers who aren't as well known today, but were huge in Vaudeville, radio and early films. I recommend it to anyone interested in show business history, or just history, or just show business. It's a great read! The book is in a good used condition.
