We do not accept returns due to the nature of eBay. Not receiving the same book we sent, buyers handling books, reading then deciding they do not like the story line. All problems we have ran into. We are more than willing to send more pictures to make you comfortable in our products or anything else we can do to help. We use approved comic shipping mailers, we do not use cut up cardboard or stay flat mailers. They do a great job but everything has limits, mostly USPS handling and care. All items shipped Priority come standard with $50 of insurance, protecting your purchase from the rough handling and potential attempt of it being crammed into a mailbox. Gemini Mailers do not bend very easily forcing carriers to place them on doorsteps, but can be punctured in a service center.
