Description: On offer, we have a signed woodblock print by Allen Lewis. This is his "Map Of Southern New England" complete with mileage scale. The artist's signature "A" is in the lower right corner in the print and below the print it is signed in pencil with his "AL imp". This thick off-white paper is approximately 11 1/2" X 9" with the image 8 1/2" X 6". Allen Lewis (1873-1957) was a rated American artist who lived in Alabama and New Jersey. We believe this in excellent vintage condition. The printing is bright, bold, clean and clear. This has been handled and has a few light fingerprints on the margins. As I am not an expert on art, please see my photographs for more description. This is from my friend who collects everything and is starting to part with a few of his treasures.
