Description: Up for sale is "Allgemeines Evangelisches Gesangbuch für das Großherzogthum Hessen". 1823 edition published Darmstadt. German or gothic language Hardcover partial leather. Fair- condition. Boards are chipping and not in great shape although the binding still holds well. Boards and spine with loss. Interior is in decent shape on fairly poor quality period paper. Browning to some some pages. Wear and chipping and small tears. Other dings here and there. Not fine by any means but in decent shape given the quality of the boards and paper this was printed on. See photos. Note a weird old, folded page of paper. I would guess some letter was once included in it but that is not present. Please email with questions and see my store for other great items.
