In 'Alvin and the Chipmunks: The Squeakquel' (2009), when Alvin, Simon and Theodore are forced to put aside their music superstardom and go back to school, they are given the challenge of saving the school's music department by winning the $25,000 prize in a battle of the bands. When their luxury liner becomes grounded on a remote island during a tropical cruise, the boys soon discover their secluded paradise is not as deserted as it seems.
