Description: Amazing antique French Normandy Lace table cover. Lovely center medallion with Italian needlelace in center, surrounded by embroidered circles and moons of Swiss Batiste linen and mixed laces. Each corner has an Italian needle lace medallion containing an animal or mythological creature. Sides have 8 1/2 inch lace flounce. Tablecloth has been de-accessioned from a museum and has the museum number. A few small pin holes in the netting - appropriate for age. Very unique piece!! Excellent condition. Measures: 76 in long x 58 in wide All pieces are sold in vintage condition. I do my best to accurately describe condition. Please look over pictures carefully and ask questions. All sales are final.
