Autograph/Signatures - All items with autographs were collected by me at a show and witnessed/authenticated by CGC as part of their Signature Series Program. Newton Rings - The ?rainbow effect? or ?Newton rings? are a normal occurrence when two different plastics (which have different refractive indexes) are placed together. It is not an oil or substance within the case. They are often difficult to photograph and with your lighting, you may see more or less of the effect. This is also not a condition to claim the item was "not as described" in order to return the item or assess unfavorable feedback. Payment - Please pay in a timely manner (within 5 days).
