Grading CD's isn't easy but I check them carefully for lacquer marks and if I find them difficult to detect or very subtle I list as Near Mint. If harmless marks are less subtle and I can see them without a forensic examination I list as Excellent. I don't sell CD's with actual scratches because they cause problems on playback.
