Description: Made with sturdy, high density plastic and padded with nonabsorbent, stain resistant foam. The rigid one-piece construction features an extra large trachea opening and a contoured flip chin piece. Radioluent, MRI and CT compatible. Includes hook and loop closures and sizing code with color, numbers and graphical lines. Folds completely flat for storage. The Ambu Perfit collar is a one-piece rigid cervical spine immobilisation device available in 4 standard adult and 2 standard pediatric sizes. The Ambu Perfit comes with a flip chin piece for flat storage and preshape to fit the chin, and to facilitate intubation and removal of vomitus from the patient's mouth. The Ambu Perfit is CT and MRI compatible, and comes with a ventilated posterior shell for fluid drainage and a large hole for easy airway access. Nasal cannula holders are located on the collar body to secure the oxygen tubes (except for infant). Ambu collars are fully disposable.
