Approximately 11.5 tall. Don’t know much about Barbie’s so selling as shown. A eBay person corresponding told me the following - “She is a Tressy doll, by the company American Character. Her hair is retractable, and "growable"; that knob in her back is the winding button. And a "T"-shaped key fit into it, made of metal or plastic. She was sold in the early-to-mid-'60s.”
