The wreath is made from diecut paper, foam, a layered flower, and a ribbon banner as well as a self-adhesive hand tab. Returns: We do not accept returns on clothing for health reasons. We want to assure our buyers that items come from a clean, non-smoking home and that they have not been tried on or handled by other buyers. We cannot do that if items have been sent out and returned. All other items have a 30 day return policy with buyer paying shipping to return and original shipping.
