My set includes every original accessory from the 2000s, including two pairs of white sheets with embroidered rainbow stars stitched into the side, two mattresses, two white pillows, two white pillow cases with the same stitched on star design, a plaid blanket with fleece on the inside, and 1 star pillow with a tiny pocket. This set is in perfect condition however because of age, it is very fragile.
