Restart your computer and wait for the first screen to pop up. Often, it'll say something like "Press F12 to Choose Boot Device" somewhere on the screen (usually at the bottom). Press that key now as this screen disappears quickly. Give it a moment to continue booting, and you should see a menu pop up with a list of choices on it. This is your BIOS. Go to the section where you see a boot order list (which devices boot first, second, etc). Highlight your USB and move it to the top of the boot list. Depending on your computer models BIOS, you may need to use the Page Up and Page Down keys or an F key, etc. to move your selection to the top of the list. Your screen should show the proper keys to press to accomplish this. You will then need to Save and Exit.
