Description: Antelope Audio Zen Q Synergy Core USB Audio Interface ISSUE DESCRIPTION:This item is a store return. It has the following issues: The interface suffers from distorted audio, or no audio at all from the headphones 1 out, line outs 1 and 2, and Guitar Input 2. The distorted audio from the outs and ins could be a low-impedance connection from my computer, or my headphones, but I find that highly unlikely. Guitar input 1 suffers from audio coming out of the left ear, but there is a chance that the software that goes along with the device could fix that. A1 and A2 ins work, but they seem to be emitting noise according to the VU meters - this also occurs while nothing is plugged into the ports. I could not try the ADAT or optical outs because I do not own the necessary cables to try it. The interface also requires a 64-bit machine with an 86x program file directory, or something adjacent. THE DRIVERS MUST BE DOWNLOADED INTO THAT DIRECTORY. We are not aware of other issues with this item. It is being sold for parts or repair. See photos for more details.
