So it’s about 18- 22 gram of 14k gold, and the scrap gold value is about 900-1100. I Google H.Tully and it is a store registers in Fort Worth around 1882. The overall length is about 38mm or size 10. P.S I was able to take the movement out and the case is about 24.5 gram, the inner spring is likely less than 5 gram. So the gold is about to have 1000 scrap value,
