After his death in 1910, the collection was donated to local institutions where it has sat for the last 100+ years with small additions being made by family members in later years. The collection covers many styles of works over numerous centuries so be sure to check back regularly for new listings. This listing is for an original engraving done by Romeyn de Hooghe (1646-1708) . There is a small pencil notation mentioning Louis the XIV along with a couple other small notations in the margins. Impression measures 6.25” x 4.25” and the sheet measures about 9.25” x 7.1” . Overall condition is very good as can be seen in the photos .
