Description: This is a rare antique American Eagle Tobacco Works advertising card from the 1890s. The card features a stunning illustration of the American eagle carrying a bucket of chewing tobacco as the center point. The eagle is surrounded by other bits of information about the company and product such as the presidents name (bottom left) and the fact that that they sell fine cut and smoking tobacco alongside chewing tobacco. It is a must-have for any collector of tobacco cards or vintage advertising. The colors are still vibrant and the piece is in solid condition. The upper right hand corner of the card is the main spot with notable damage. It is slightly ripped with a couple linear tears beside it. The card measures about 3” wide 5” tall.
