Description: The certificate itself appears in good condition, with no visible tears, holes or creases. There is some yellowing from age, and the gold foil of the seal has tarnished and worn in some spots. The frame is still solid and hangable, but has some wear from age and display - the front has some scuffs, chips, paint loss, etc, the butcher paper backing has worn away, and the cardboard backing has some nicks, holes, and other wear. The entire piece measures 21.5" by 15.5". The diploma was issued to Josephine Moqg and signed by Henry Baker Brown
