Description: Antique 18thc. or 19thc. INDO-PERSIAN CIRCULAR METAL SHIELD ARMOUR ARMORIt is made of forged and hammered metal in a circular convex form. 18 and ¾ inch diameter/47.675 cm. diameter shield with 4 domed shaped bosses. The outer part of the shield has tiny dents from hammering and rust near the hammered edge. The interior 4 rings had broken leather carrying straps. I replaced the straps with new leather. The broken straps are included. The interior rings have corrosion and rust. Please view all the photographs as they are part of the description.
