CONDITION: WELL USED... Came to me very dusty with the pictured decades of dust and grime inside; I have only wiped off the exterior. Exhibits the pictured scuffing and scratching and chipping of the surface paint. All I can say with regard to it "working" or not is that everything I tried to roll or move, moved fairly smoothly and that the keys I tested all struck nicely, but tended to stick in place at the top/roller. The rubber-ish look slightly dried, but none are anywhere near "flaking" or "falling apart." Please see pics carefully BEFORE bidding to assess these and other aspects of condition.
