Antique, ca 1920 gold filled lacy filigree ladies watch band, brand name Anne Louise, one tenth 12K yellow gold filled, twice the gold that would come to be most used on gold filled jewelry, later. The band expands, and it opens at the center by lifting the latch, then unhooking, reversing the process to fasten it again when putting on. It is meant to latch onto a watch with loop ends, not with pins. The item is in very good vintage estate condition with minor wear from age/being worn. May need cleaned polished as desired.
